Could A Full Disclosure Be Soon?
by Honest John
Our long-time friend from Florida shares some thoughts on why we are not told the truth about the existence of UFOs and ETs.
Government secrets
It’s highly doubtful our government would just come out with all they know about UFOs and the ET phenomena. The sudden shock of this information on the public cannot be in their plans.
So how will the government release what it knows? No matter what, we would never be told all at once. Or would we see every detail in a full disclosure, with national security still being the issue of utmost important?
We would think the government would release this information to us slowly, through well-respected individuals, then closely monitor the public reaction.
Can this be happening now, with the latest leak coming from former astronaut Edgar Mitchell? Was he put up to this? There’s been a few others in the past from government agencies, that have publicly spoken out on what the government knows, with only a few stories being reported in the media. Were they whistle blowers coming forward? Or were they put up to it?
Apparently, the media deemed the Edgar Mitchell story important enough to be reported. What if Neil Armstrong came forward after all these years? We can only imagine why he’s been quiet on the subject of alien life, and if he’s ever been told to come out with what he knows? I truly hope so, before he leaves us for good. I couldn’t think of a better person to tell the public what is going on with ETs and UFOs, to start the full disclosure process.
Will we ever know the truth?
This would leave us waiting for some kind of official statement from our government that should come from the president first. Then statements from science and military officials. All this would probably be done slowly, possibly over years, as they would watch the publics reaction carefully.
The fear of a War Of The Worlds scenario, or a economic shut down is possible, and that must be looked into carefully.
Another issue is, who is responsible for keeping all this information from us, along with any of its technology? Is there a new type of technology that could be of help to us, or save millions of lives, that was kept from us for all these years? Also, how many lives were lost, or destroyed because of keeping this a secret for all these years? Do we go after these people?
There would need to be an amnesty for full disclosure. I see this as one of the major factors in a full disclosure. Are we willing to forgive the entity(s) or persons involved? Will we just let it go, and adjust to a new way of thinking, and living from what we learn from ET? Or will the fighting begin on the business end of it, with who owns what, and over any profits made from a new technology.
Money will be a big issue into the future after a disclosure.
Then there’s religion. How will religion play into this. We have wars now that are over religion. As a mater of fact, every war has been over a religion! A big question is what happens here? Will we now live by ET beliefs, and then who profits? With religions track record, I see a lot of fighting over this issue.
It has been said there are many different kinds of ETs. Do they all have different beliefs, or do they share the same one, do they even have such a way of thinking? With the many types of ETs, which ones do we trust?
There’s the question of what do the other countries know? If we are the only ones with this knowledge, will Russia or China want to fight us for it? Any and all knowledge would need to be shared. Holding all to our selves would threaten world peace. We can only hope that we can handle this on a worldwide scale, and still keep peace.
Maybe it was a good idea for the government to hold back what it knows, because if a full disclosure is going to happen, some kind of chaos is going to be the result!

Vickie Galante on Wednesday, July 30, 2008Wars are fought for myriad reasons. Religion, because it is essential to every culture, typically factors in, as does food, territory, political power, and greed.
However, I find it a stretch to say “As a mater of fact, every war has been over a religion!” Making such sweeping and unfounded statements impairs the credulity of your essential message.
You could also use some editing and proofing before publishing. For example, in “along with any of it’s technology,” its is the proper possessive form of the pronoun; “it’s” is a contraction of “it is.”
As a security officer for the federal government, I consider the premise of alien visitors quite plausible.

Dean Terry on Wednesday, July 30, 2008I’m the person who edits and proofs articles before they’re published. The “it’s” error is my oversight.
Zee on Wednesday, July 30, 2008Revolutionary war, war of 1812, American Civil war, Mexican-American war, Spanish American war, World War I, World War II, Korea, Vietnam, Grenada, Gulf war I. these are all examples of secular wars that the US has been involved in. of course a much longer list of ancient and modern wars around the world can be listed, but I feel I have made my point that the ignorant-blanket statement made by the author (and so many others) is false. This makes the entire article suspect in my opinion. It tells me he makes sweeping generalities based on misinformation and personal opinions. Just what the world needs.
number6 on Friday, August 01, 2008There has never been a war fought, anywhere, that didn’t have religious undertones - the possible exception being Reagan stupidly using the marines to invade the tiny island of Grenada - but Grenada can hardly be called a war.
Hey Zee - remember The Crusades? Well, that war is still going on.
And Zee - the wars you list ALL had religious significance. In wartime, the government’s first duty is to convince citizens that we are fighting to preserve our Christian way of life.
Enemies become Godless Cubans, Godless Germans, Godless Japanese, Godless Communists - ad nauseum.
I would like to see your “much longer list of ancient and modern wars” which you claim weren’t fought over differences in religions. Ha.
The thought that our God is better than their God has always conforted us in time of war.
Zee on Friday, August 01, 2008Correct Grenada was a conflict and Korea and Vietnam never declared as wars, these lines become fuzzy when our congress lets the UN and the president declare wars. Never is a pretty strong word as far as religious undertones go towards war, feudal Japan fought many civil wars that could hardly be called religious wars. Religion is entwined into society and culture so when soldiers march to war with a bible in their pocket it hardly makes is a religious crusade. By that line of logic Rock n’ Roll is to blame for Korea and Vietnam and Metallica for the Desert Storm (Metallica was one of the top bands requested during that war). All the wars I listed could hardy have religious significance, the Mexican-American war didn’t displace or prop up some religious institution that benefited from the war. I think you are mistaken on the language of fighting a religious war and having a religion and fighting in a war.
War and culture (and therefore religion) are mingled. I was not saying that wars do not have religious undertones: that’s just culture and government propaganda. What I am saying and criticizing in that article was that ALL wars are fought OVER religion. It simply is not true. When Russia when to war in Afghanistan they fought not for God but for the State. When Persia attacked Greece it was for power and control not religion, Xerxes and his father Darius where Zoroasters who accepted all faiths and after taking over a nation usually rebuilt their local faith up, that’s why Darius was considered a great man by the Israelites after he helped rebuild their holy temples. There are two examples for you, both modern and ancient.
As far as the crusades today, I did not know that the pope called upon more Christian knights to attack Jerusalem, I must have missed that headline. The crusades ended and Islam has owned it ever since until the UN (a secular organization) forced the local populace to displace so that Jews may take over that location, then all hell broke lose. Religion and Race are used to fuel that war but it was forced upon the people by a non-religious body.
Number 6 I hope this helps. It’s easy to understand people; they want black and white situations and scapegoats for the confusion if life. Black people are criminals: wars are religions fault. These bigoted generalities demean us as humans and we need to set ourselves free. However you got me! I am not going to give an extensive list of all the wars fought and their various reasons, that’s a lot of work. However I hope to have given you enough to open your eyes a little and maybe, just maybe not be so closed minded.
