• My name is Mike and I’d like to tell you about something that happened to my brother back around 1980.

  This happened in Bowling Green, Ohio in the spring of [he thinks] 1980. My brother said he was 12. That was long ago, it possibly could have been 1981, but my brother is fairly positive it was 1980.

  He was in some small woods northwest of Kenwood Elementary school, which is in southern Bowling Green. Bowling Green is now a town of almost 30,000 people including college students.

  It was him, my sister who is about 2 years older than my brother, and a few of her friends.

  I asked him about his encounter last night, and at the time he knew of bigfoot, but not a whole lot about the subject.

  He had separated from my sister and friends to take a pee in the woods. He could not remember if he had crouched down to take a pee (why he would crouch, i do not know, but thats just my brother lol) or if had heard something coming and crouched down, thinking it was my sister and her friends trying to scare him.

  He was crouched in front of some tall bushes when he said he saw large feet walk quickly in front of him on the other side of the bushes. He said it was just a split second. They were covered in some massive amounts of hair, dark to light tan was the color of the hair. Very thick. It scared him so bad he peed himself, he said in his mind he had thought this was indeed bigfoot.

  He was not sure what he did next, although he met up with my sister and company and told them about the experience. They basically laughed at him.

  No one in the group had any boots on that resembled the feet of this creature. He remembered no stink or odor. The only part of the creature he did see was the feet. He does not remember the weather conditions of the day or the time of year, although I assume it was not in the winter.

  The Kenwood woods are not as big as they used to be, and it is northwest Ohio. Not a whole lot goes down there. If anyone knows of other sightings in this part of Ohio I would like to hear about it.

  My brother is not the type to lie, especially about something like this.

  I do have to take into account that he was 12 at the time, so his imagination may have run wild, but maybe not?
