Spooky Legendz And Strange Occurences
by Sheila Yancy
A Port Huron bar is said to be the home of unfinished souls.
Legendz Colonial Lanes is haunted. That’s the conclusion of an investigation by the Michigan branch of Haunted Paranormal Investigations in which investigators Randall and Tanya Douglas, founders of the group, used technology to study paranormal activity in the Port Huron bar.
Tanya Douglas, along with two investigators, Rachel Guibord of Croswell and Kim Ladd of DeWitt, were at the bar Sunday night to present findings from their investigation a week ago.

Douglas shared examples of dialogue from the ghosts that were picked up on her electronic equipment. Based on their findings, her team planned to do a second investigation later Sunday.
“There is some definite paranormal activity in Legendz,” Tanya Douglas said.
“The focus seems to be in the back room of the bowling alley, where many of the women staff report being touched on the neck in the liquor room, or someone shutting the lights off while someone is working in that back room,” she said
Tanya Douglas said the concentration of activity in the reported area likely is because is the least used and least populated area.
“I believe they’re unfinished souls that want to keep going,” said RaeAnn Krohn co-owner of Legendz, who has known about the ghost for two years.
Krohn shared an incident in which an unplugged juke box suddenly started playing. She said that convinced her there were ghosts.
Krohn doesn’t expect business to be affected. “I think people will be curious,” she said. “People will find it interesting and may open up and talk about their own experiences.”
